Over the years, I have used many tools and rituals and these are the ones that have given me the BEST results and have made it through the filter!
1. Carrying An Intention. - Asking at the beginning of the day, touching base with what I want this day to be about by asking — how do I want to feel? How do I want this day to go down?
You'll hear something come forward intuitively or you'll have a gut feeling, a notion or knowing. Then throughout the day let it be on repeat in your mind. Recommit with a mantra or jingle you make up to remind yourself.

3. Pivoting. - Be super aware of your thoughts, emotions and energy and make a habit of switching it up when you start to veer off into fear. In the episode I talk about energy pivoting and physical pivoting.
4. Grounding + Releasing Excess Energy Daily. - Do releasing practices every day to release fears, anxieties and excess energy you've picked up during the day. I offer suggestions such as grounding, exercise, being in water and more!
