💡 Week One
Part 1: What Do You Want?
Part 2: Where You Are Right Now

In week one we dive in looking at what you want, what your dream life looks like, your goals, aspirations and what makes you feel excited. We identify clearly the main things you want to bring into your life and what you can do to start that process now. In part two, we look at your current life - where you get tripped up, stressed and overwhelmed. We look the areas of your everyday life that you want to switch up and establish healthier routines, habits and mindsets.

💡 Week Two
Diet Mentality

One of my favourite and most transformative weeks for many who have done this program. We look at allllll your ideas around food, rules, restrictions, beliefs and how they are running your life. Diet mentalities are sneaky and range from low-carb mentality to not eating "anything white" to not eating after 8pm.  We discuss intuitive eating; what is it and how to move towards eating intuitively rather than a diet.



💡 Week Three
Part 1: Ego
Part 2: Highest Self



Week three is for identifying and really looking in depth at "the voice" in your head that is cutting you down, keeping you upset and trapped. We look at how you have a drill sergeant in your head bossing you around and holding you back... almost all of your waking time! 
Let's shine the light of love on this voice so you can clearly chose to release it.
We also look at your highest self - this is a major piece of the puzzle. By focusing and learning about your highest self, you literally transform who you see yourself to be. This is where your power comes from, THIS is where your intuition, self love and clarity will come from.



💡 Week Four
Part 1: Food & Nutrition
Part 2: Exercise

Ahhh learning about food! By week four we have cleared away limiting beliefs you have about yourself, your life, addressed the beliefs you have from diets and called out that voice in your head that is being a bossy-pants.
Now we learn about food in a whole new way!
Now that you aren't all blocked up by all the beliefs you carry, you can clearly learn about food and have it an empowering and nurturing part of your life instead of the source of anxiety. 
In part two, we look at how we all know that we should exercise but, have we thought about our mental state while exercising? Our motivation for it and our beliefs around it? We find here what you can do to be active and healthy while enjoying what you do and again, feeling empowered by it instead of like you should or you are a bad person.



💡 Week Five
Part 1: Feeling Good
Part 2: Making It Stick

This session is about feeling good, nurtured and taken care of. We look at how to have your own back to make you feel amazing and loved. As we generate love inside us by acts of self love, it gets on a roll (momentum) and pretty soon your a self-loving machine. We look at what YOU need to feel taken care of.

We also look at more ways to make this transformation stick for life. We identify what "slipping" could look like and what you can do to prevent you ever going back to where you were. We discuss what foods to eat for life and how to balance health and fun. I offer lots of suggestions to do going forward to leave you empowered and transformed from the woman who came here 5 weeks ago.
Talia, one of my favourite parts of this program is how much of yourself that you share. 

I have always been uncomfortable in my own body. Since starting this program, I felt almost an immediate shift and I now know that my inner voice is always here to guide me. The first time I did the guided meditation in the New Leaf Program, it felt like I had a ball in my throat that I could not swallow and could hardly breathe through. I felt like it was all the repressed emotions being released. By the end of the meditation I was vibrating.

The Diet Mentality module has broadened my awareness - I feel harmonious with food now. There is less anxiety around the idea of eating. I am learning to take emotions away from food, as well as the mind games and the guilt and fear swirling around as  anticipate eating. Since the program, I have been lovingly and compassionately preparing food for myself and my family. I have been listening for body signals, recognizing what they mean and trusting my intuition. I have been drinking lemon water, stretching, massaging my scalp in the shower, feeling and enjoying my own body. I am so grateful for the reminders to get back to simple basics of self love like these.  

I am utterly grateful to have learned the importance of investing in my own personal growth. It is life changing, the way that you take the fear out of change. You present it in a way that breaks it down into manageable steps and simple acts of self love in a way that lessens the feeling of being overwhelmed by commitment. In practicing acts of self love, I realize there is no feelings of guilt and in fact the guilt only comes from the thought that self love is selfish. Recognizing the cycle is integral to changing my patterns.

I strongly and compassionately recommend this program to anyone who is struggling with their relationship with food, and to anyone who has struggled with a lack of self esteem. Talia, you are an amazing wealth of knowledge with a compassionate and gentle delivery that is motivating to the spirit. FAQ

How exactly does the program work?
Great question! This program is a 5 module, self-study program. Right after you register you will get instant access to the Intro Videos that welcome you, explain how to get the most out of the program, explain the yoga classes included and even a meditation to set your intentions. 
After that you can launch right into Module 1 - it has two parts! Going forward, you will receive one email per week to unlock the next Module until you have access to all 5!
What if I don’t think that I am ready?
You are SO ready!!! You are READY to lose weight in a healthy way, stop beating yourself up and become the healthiest YOU! (heck yes!)
This program will be "the missing piece" and will comfortably rid you of diet mentality and the struggle with food!  It will feel exciting. You are safe and cared for. We will go this together. Honestly, if you wait until you feel completely ready to take a big leap, it may never happen (we CANNOT have that!).
I don’t have the time to commit right now, I’m really busy - can this still work?
You commit to the program at your pace. It's a 5 Module self-study program. Each module is two parts (with the exception of Module 2 which is only one part) and average approximately 25min each part. There is optional (but heavily encouraged) Yoga classes included that you can do as many times as you choose.
Do I need to throw out all my food and buy a whole bunch of new food?
Thats up to you!!! 😉 In this program I do not tell you to throw out all of the unhealthy food in your cupboards and give you a diet plan (that would be another diet!!!). You don't have to DO anything except open your mind and allow yourself to heal and overcome.

If you choose to overhaul your cupboards, go for it but you definitely don't have to.
