When we work together we have regular calls (3 per month), I give you unlimited support and access to the resources you need. I will give you exercises, tools, downloads, meditations and whatever else will help.
Most importantly, I give you my focus, love and attention. I zero in on what is preventing you from moving forward and what shifts need to occur. I channel intuitive guidance for you during our sessions as well as give you practices and strategies from my experience and knowledge.
